I have started this blog to track and chronicle my MBA admissions journey. I plan to attend school starting in September 2008.

There is much to do to ensure that I meet my goals and attend a good school next year. I have already written my GMAT, but I have not yet identified my school short list, written essays and lined up references. In other words, I am behind the 8-ball compared to the incredibly motivated bunch of other candidates out there. However, on the plus side, I think there are a lot of reasons that my application will be both strong and out of the usual range. If I can capitalize on these advantages, perhaps I can “come from behind”.

So, off to the races! In the coming days I will use this blog to share my progress and identify my concerns. If you have found this because you are going through the same process, I would encourage you to leave a comment. It helps to know that I’m not the only one going insane! :)
